Cultural Challenges (2019)

The Cultural Challenges Conference was a thought-provoking event that gathered writers, musicians, artists and young people to discuss the state of culture and its impact on youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Held in 2019, the conference created a space for open dialogue on the challenges facing the cultural sector and how young generations can engage with and shape the cultural landscape. Through engaging panel discussions and conversations with established creatives, participants explored themes such as cultural identity, artistic expression and the role of youth in preserving and reimagining culture. The event highlighted both the struggles and opportunities within the cultural scene, inspiring young people to take an active role in its future. The project was supported by the City of Banja Luka.
