Empowering Women at Work (2022)

Empowering Women at Work was a project aimed at strengthening the position of women in the workplace by building their confidence, skills and awareness of their rights. Through a series of interactive workshops, the project supported women in developing practical tools for career advancement, assertive communication and navigating workplace challenges. Special attention was given to topics such as gender equality, leadership and creating supportive professional environments. The project also fostered networking and peer support, helping female participants to connect, share experiences and build solidarity. Empowering Women at Work contributed to creating a more inclusive and equitable work culture by investing in women’s potential and agency. The project was supported by the Australian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina (DAP grant).
