From Access to Awareness (2025)

From Access to Awareness is a project focused on equipping women, girls and marginalized youth with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate the digital world safely and confidently. While access to technology has increased, many still lack the awareness and tools to protect themselves online, a gap this project aims to close. Through interactive workshops, community outreach and tailored training sessions, participants learn how to recognize online risks, protect their digital identities, and use technology in a way that supports their personal and professional growth. Topics include online privacy, digital security, cyberbullying prevention and critical thinking in digital spaces. By raising awareness and building digital resilience, From Access to Awareness empowers participants to become not just users, but informed and responsible digital citizens ready to thrive in an increasingly connected world.
