From Degree to Career is an innovative project designed to bridge the gap between education and employment for young graduates and job seekers. While completing a degree is a major milestone, many young people struggle with the next step, entering the job market. This project helps turn ambition into action by providing practical, tech-powered support throughout the job search process. Using AI-driven tools, participants receive hands-on guidance in crafting professional CVs, practicing for job interviews through realistic simulations, and identifying career paths that match their skills and goals. The program also includes workshops on personal branding, job hunting strategies, and adapting to the evolving demands of the digital economy. From Degree to Career empowers participants to approach the job market with confidence, clarity and a competitive edge, transforming uncertainty into opportunity and degrees into meaningful careers.
