Musical Bridges (2022)

Musical Bridges was a project that brought together young artists from across Bosnia and Herzegovina through the universal language of music. Centered around the works of composers Vlado Milošević and Aaron Copland, contemporaries from different cultural worlds united by their connection to national identity and tradition, the project encouraged artistic collaboration and cultural exchange. In 2022, 3 concerts were held in Banja Luka, Mostar and Bugojno, where young musicians performed selected compositions by Milošević and Copland. These performances created a musical dialogue between American and Bosnian heritage, while also strengthening ties among youth from different parts of the country. The project was supported by the United States Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
